Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used personal audio products (e.g., earbuds, headphones) unless defective
Gift cards
Final sale items (if any)

Contact us at info@skulicandysell.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge).
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

We provide free return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted (at our discretion) if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days from our approval, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If all steps are completed and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@skulicandysell.com.
